This E-Commerce App/application is developed by Bazaar274 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd. and is sole and absolute property of Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd.

 

All logos, contents, page design and trademark displayed on the application and application logic are owned by Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd. and  any unauthorised use thereof in connection with any product and/or service without prior written permission from Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd. shall be actionable under the applicable laws.

 

The images of various products and stock keeping units are the property of the respective brands and are used as representational images only.

 

The products sold and services provided on this application are sold and provided by “third party sellers”. Bazaar247 does not make any warranties in respect of the quality, quantity, safety and legality of the said products / services. User agrees that Bazaar274 shall not be held responsible for any kind of grievance / dispute / damage in respect of the products sold / service provided by said “third party sellers” and in any such case the user shall directly approach the said “third party seller” for resolution of such grievance / dispute / damage.  Bazaar24X7 shall provide the necessary platform for customers to connect with Third party Sellers for such grievance / dispute redressal / damage.

 

At many places in this website/app, links to other websites/portals may have been placed for your convenience which are neither owned nor controlled by Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd.. Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. You further acknowledge and agree that Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. However, Bazaar274 reserves its rights to take legal action in case of any such infringement, illegality and offensive and / or inappropriate contents posted by third party on this application.

 

You agree that the use of this mobile application is on “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. Bazaar247 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to anybody for the availability and/or functionality of the mobile application.

 

Bazaar274 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd. may add / modify / alter / delete / replace one or more or entire terms and conditions for use of application. The newly added / modified / altered / replaced terms and conditions shall form part of these terms and conditions.

 

Bazaar274 Mcommerce Pvt. Ltd. reserves right to terminate or suspend account of users for violation of the terms and conditions.

 

Any dispute between the user and Bazaar274 related to the use of these terms shall be referred to and resolved by Sole Arbitrator appointed by Bazaar 274 as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of Arbitration shall be Mumbai.

 

These terms and conditions and transactions entered into on Bazaar247 shall be governed by laws of India. Subject to aforesaid Arbitration clause, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute between the user and Bazaar247.
