Introduce the Team to the stakeholders. Identify the Core User, if not already done by the customer.

Engage with the core users to understand the current business and prepare the current business baseline. Capture all requirements as stated by the business users.

Based on the business requirements captures, Bazaar247 would setup a working Prototype with the functionality available out of the Box. For this purpose we would share data collection templates with the users and the users are expected to provide sample data for the purposes of setting up the prototype.

Based on the Prototype that has been setup, Bazaar24X7 shall demonstrate the functionality to the users. This is the stage when the users would be in a position to refine the requirements that they had originally provided.

This is also the stage where we freeze the major requirements and take sign off from the users.

All the seeded functionality that is in scope is configured and for the functionality that is not available out of the box, Bazaar24X7 would come up with any work around or extension.

At this stage, the users would have to share the data from their legacy systems for the purposes of the setting up the instance with most of the functionality as required by the users.

Setup the CRP Instance for Carrying out the Conference room pilot with most , if not all, the functionality as required by the users and as per the signed off business requirement document

Provide training to the Core users on the applications configured in the system.

A User acceptance testing instance would be setup with all functionality configured and based on the sign off, the Production go-live would be planned.

The Production instance would be setup and the data from the Legacy instance would be migrated to the instance.

On the cut-over day, all the users would start using the Oracle instance for transactions.

Bazaar24X7’s team will provide functional / technical support of the Oracle instance including any customizations done, for the duration in the contact for which support has been designated.
