Devarajan is a Mechanical Engineer from Calicut University, with over 27 years of overall experience, of which 7 years in Automobile and Oil & Gas Sector and 20 years of consulting experience in the Enterprise Solutions space working across various industry segments. In the Enterprise solutions space, he has a mix of hands-on experience on large ERP implementation projects as well as Project Management experience managing large project teams. As an entrepreneur, he has built the Oracle practice serving customers in India and US and has a proven track record in rapidly developing ERP and Analytics solutions to customers, thereby delivering value and faster ROI. Prior to Bazaar24x7, he has worked with in the automobile as well as Oil & Gas sector before switching to Information Technology and more specifically to Enterprise Solutions. He has served in various roles of Functional Consultant and Project Manager at Patni.

Sriram S.Padmanabhan

Sriram is a graduate Mechanical Engineer (CBIT, Osmania University, Hyderabad, class of 1984) with Masters in Management from XLRI (class of 1986). Sriram ‘s experience spans Automobile, Auto-component, Engineering and the Service sectors in India and abroad. Over the course of his career Sriram has contributed in Sales, Marketing, HR and General Management functions in leading conglomerates like TVS, Murugappa (Chennai) and Mahindra (Mumbai). In Mahindra, he was Head-HR for their JV with a US Truck manufacturing company. Sriram is also a qualified Assessor in the EFQM Model of Business Excellence and has had the opportunity to assess leading organizations like Bharat Electronics, GAIL, and Hindustan Unilever amongst others thus affording him unique management perspectives. Sriram is putting to use his diverse experience as the Founder/Managing Director of Fructus Consultants (www.fructusconsultants.com) where he partners with clients across industries for Talent Acquisition, Executive Coaching and HR/OD Consulting.

Arvind Jayakar

Arvind Jayakar holds Electronics & Communication Engineering Degree from University of Madras, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from A.M. Jain Institute of Management - Chennai and the Degree of Bachelor of Laws from Mumbai University. He started his career as an R&D Engineer at Simpson & CO. Ltd in January 1997 and moved to Information Technology Industry in Mid of 2000. Together he brings 25 years of Industry work experience and had done multiple roles in the IT Industry including Microsoft Corporation and Oracle India Pvt Ltd. During his 3-year stint at Microsoft Corporation he was handling their partner management program for business application products. With over 12+ years at Oracle India he was responsible for their Enterprise Applications business in senior roles. He was Sales Director at Oracle India before embarking his journey into the legal Profession starting August 2021. Currently he is a practising Advocate in the High Court of Bombay.
