The project involves first line support for the Oracle Financials Instances (version 11.5.5 on HP-UX platform & 11.5.10.2 on Linux RHEL 3.0 AS platform).
The services offered include
Functional Support:
Supporting and resolving issues on a daily basis. Providing support in reconciliation of sub ledger and General ledger differences and resolving issues related to posting and transfer to general ledger, identifying the necessary patches required for the known issues encountered on the system.
Applications DBA services:
Regular application administration activities including patching.
